I dont have anything good to say. The laudry room is always gross stuff is left unfinished and garbage is usually everywhere. No one answers the phone.

Nothing is well kept anymore now that Avenue5 took over and getting ahold of anyone in the office is next to impossible you can call, text, send an email and you won't hear back till a week later.
