Do need maintenance updated. Neighbors still have their moments specially at nite. Like cattle getting ready to barn in.

The mantenaince lady, Josephine, is the only person invested in doing her job. When the manager was away on leave it was actually nice—things were getting done, the office was actually open, and any concerns were resolved quickly. I do not understand why the current manager still has a job. She is almost never in office, impossible to reach, and thoroughly difficult and unpleasant to deal with. I love the neighborhood, but she gets 0/5 stars from me and every neighbor I know. One of the actually competent ladies filling in for her during her leave quit /because/ of her. How does she still have a job?
