A nice place considering the location, although very convenient to local businesses of all types. Very quiet residents. Nice landscaping. Need powerwashing of walkways and painting, repair of some rotting wood on banisters and concrete steps.

Older buildings

I have lived here for over 6 years, the location is great, and it's quiet during the day while i sleep cause i work at nights, but the parking is atrocious, and the windows are old and let all the heat and cool out, they have raised my rent every year but done nothing to upgrade my unit, the laundry room is usually pretty messy, but it is 24 hours so that's is very nice, they finally put up lights so the grounds are pretty well lit at night, it took them give years to do this but they finally did it, there is a pool table and two tv's in the rec room, and a little so called gym, the hot tub is hit or miss, overall my experience living here hasn't been bad, just wish they would stop raiding my rent every year, but you get what you pay for here

tranquility without noise

I've been living here for a week and it's been a fantastic place, it offers tranquility, lots of green space to walk around and good amenities. I definitely chose the best place to spend my next few months in the Tri-Cities.
