Great place

I’ve never had any issues here! Clean, quiet, feels safe. Office staff and maintainence are friendly and responsive. The few appliance issues I’ve had have been fixed within hours. Highly recommended.

Affordable and overall decent

Recently moved in and happy with my decision to live here. If you’re looking for a place that provides good value for the money and don’t need a luxury apartment, yet still want them to be presentable and clean, you will definitely want to consider these. I would highly recommend taking a tour before signing a lease though, because from my experience one apartment can be very different from the one right next to it. Make sure to ask for things like you want hardwood flooring in the living room or you prefer carpet. My apt has the hardwood and it’s a lot nicer in my opinion. Some of the best things about these are: location/very close to everything, nice clubhouse/fitness gym/pool/spa, central heating and air, washer and dryer in apt, well kept grounds, and helpful staff in the office. If you are looking to save money and willing to compromise on some minor things I highly recommend these.
