Perfect Location, helpful staff, affordable
I have enjoyed living here. Moving from Europe to USA was a very daunting task but The Crossings are a good place to live, very close to my work, easy access to food, cinema and the limited shopping in Tri-Cities. Staff always quick to answer, friendly, informed, and helpful. The maintenance team are fast as lighting and within an hour of placing a maintenance request, we got answers and someone at the door. Our A/C unit died at the height of summer heat and once we placed the maintenance request, it was working within the hour. Washer unit burnt out. Within an hour, maintenance had inspected, and replaced the entire unit. Excellent gym facilities, everything working, clean, and kept in good order. Negatives are they have no pool maintenance guy on staff so when the pool gets hit, it's out for a while, even in the summer. The amenities in the common area are closed from 6 pm. So, I never get to use the cyber cafe, lounge area, or billiards room because they are closed before I get home from work and there is no workaround for that.
