Spacious Apartments

We have lived in the Park since Dec 2021. The grounds are lovely and it is relatively peaceful and quiet. The facilities have been well maintained. We appreciate the ample square footage of the apartment in our model the Derby. This creates value. While we enjoy the natural gas furnace that we can regulate--the very loud blower noise is difficult to countenance so we have had to make adjustments for that. An improvement would be to upgrade so the was a lower blower speed as well. The parking is also an issue for us as we have two vehicles and sometimes have family members come to visit. I also lost my footing on an uneven part of the side walk during the mid evening and increased lighting would have likely eliminated that risk.

Great apartments!

We love these apartments! The staff in particular has been amazing. Our AC was not working right at the beginning of a heat wave, I submitted a request for it to be fixed late at night and they had fixed it by 11:00 am the following morning. One of the big reasons we chose to rent here was the location/atmosphere. It's a prime location because we are a couple minutes away from the 205, but it also feels so welcoming and peaceful because of all of the trees and walking paths. We are so glad we chose these apartments!
