I don’t feel safe here. I came to the complex gym one morning and there was a homeless man making himself a cup of coffee. Almost every night I wake up to the sound of homeless people going through the trash. There are so many homeless people in the surrounding area that I can’t go for walks.

We have lived here for about a year now. The community itself is great. However, it is clear there is a disconnect between the management and the residents. There is not any sort of community engagement which is sad because I think there is a lot of potential with the amount of amenity spaces we have. We have great neighbors, and management is dropping the ball on fostering these relationships for long-term renters. There is a vintage arcade machine which we LOVED, but they refuse to fix it due to not wanting to pay for a broken piece. The utility bills are always messed up, and the communication from the office is minimal (if that). As a resident it feels slimy. Even if they hired a third party (which we pay for), there should be no excuse for inconsistency in utility bills. I don't want to have to ask why i'm paying $100 for trash each month (actual trash fees paid last month). Overall, we can feel the lack of care from the management team. We have seen at least 3+managers come and go within the time we have been here for about a year. Communication is key. We should be in the know of our management team. There is never a consistent point of contact. *Please note the maintenance team is wonderful and they are not included in the overall managment.
