Great place to staff and new office manger Alex is amazing . He's been getting a lot of things done around the place . Nice family friendly place to live .

A decent place for the location. The traffic noise is probably the biggest drawback. Nice neighbors, ok complex. A little expensive for what it is, but not too bad.

Facility is ok. Ceilings crack and pop from the people above. Most of the tenants are lazy and place their trash on the ground outside the dumpster. And a few loud ones. Not worth the price. Although the staff is always helpful as well as maintenance.

Amazingly lazy tenants. It is getting better but the trash situation continues. With leaving trash next to the dumpster just because they won’t lift the lid. Also my neighbors have flys buzzing around their front door that they never use. So god only knows what’s on the other side.
