So far in the my time living here I have dealt with constant noise from weekly lawn care services, maintenance entering my home while I was asleep, a broken laundry machine, no proper ventilation in my kitchen, poor to mediocre is the only way to describe my experience so far. I regret signing my lease for another year but was left with no really better options so I took the turd at the top of the pile. Thanks and do better
