Pretty decent living for apartments, definetly a little spendy for what your getting, but right now all the apartments are pretty spendy. Straight up though, Amber is amazing! We've lived here twice now, and the first time the year and 3 months we lived here we had a few issues with maintenence and the office assistant getting our water heater finally fixed that had been leaking water everywhere and broken for a month and a half (or more), and went throught multiple office managers the whole time, but this time it's just been Amber and we've had no issues. She's great, and super helpful. We had a wasp nest issue on our porch, and they managed to come back a couple times the summer we moved in and Amber and maintenance were on it each time, by that next day maintenance had been back over to try to get rid of them! A lot better than our last major issue last time.
