Atlas appartments port orchard

very professional staff, very safe location. fairly quiet neighborhood. dumpsters get full quite often but they are pretty fast at getting them taken care of. no complaints so far. pool hours are a bit odd and gym. wish they were open 24/7 due to the odd hours I have to work. They maintain their pool/gym/ect fairly well.

Review

We live in one due for remodel after we move so we have nothing fancy ar all and still pay alot for it. I work 7-6 and all the ammenities can only be used while office is open which is so inconvenient

Could do better

I've noticed that the grounds are starting to look better. The whole parking up at the covered mailbox area is a joke. Half the time one of the maintenance carts are sitting there. This area wasn't thought through very well was it?

Overpriced but Convenient

Location is convient. Aprartments are of serviceable quality - saved mostly saved by the competant maintenance crew. Amenities forced upon that arent needed (valet trash for $300/yr). Poor office service when it comes to admin (i.e. incorrect billings) - though of course this is probably due to corporate.
