It's fine
I wish the pool was open a lot longer and later I never was able to go based on my work schedule or anything. The compactors are difficult to work with and always full (as well as stuff being stacked beside them), miss the garbage dumpsters. This place is fine enough though.

needs improvement
parking is always absolute garbage, paying for a covered spot doesnt guarantee parking. trash people come when they feel like it instead of every day or even every other day, having the dumpsters back would honestly be nice. the walls are insanely thin, i shouldnt hear everything happening in each apartment surrounding mine

Nice place
My only complaint so far is the poop in front of building #8. Very small piece of grass off to the side of the garages there. People refuse to pick up their dog's poop and there have been as many as 8 big pill's of poop at a time there. We have stepped in it, as have others because it's then smeared all over the sidewalk. I can only imagine what this summer will smell like.
