We moved in during the Pandemic and have been pleased with the accommodations here. Maintenance has always been prompt and, I assume, with new ownership and a ticket system, it will only get better. Some of the neighbors have been very inconsiderate with their parking - only 1 spot per apartment so everyone else must park on the street. Guests should not be parking on random curbs. You hear the train sometimes and the walls aren't very thick - we had some decorations knocked down from work being done on the other side - but overall, as long as your neighbors aren't running a Zumba class outside, it's pretty quiet. Nice water pressure, pretty views from the balcony, and the spiral stairs for 3rd floor apartments are a nice talking point.

Lived here for just over a year now, and really like the location. Parking for visitors can be a pain, but no big deal, and the maintenance guy is AWESOME.
