I really liked the view ,for just relaxing also It is excellent for Sunday evening walks . I really like the views for painting which was my reason for choosing the location, however due to price increases in the area and income related, I was force to leave my Beautiful apartment- Hoping for better days in a new location, wherever it may be-

THE VIEWS ARE BREATH TAKING

THIS IS SUCH A LOVELY AREA, THE TREES ARE BEAUTIFUL AND THE RAIN SOUNDS AT NIGHT , HELPS ME TO HAVE A PEACEFUL SLEEP. I LOVE BIRDS IN THE AREA, BUT I CANNOT DESCRIBE THE PEACEFUL EXPERIENCE THAT I FEEL WHEN THE HUMMINGBIRDS COME TO PAY A VISIT- PRICELESS!! THANK YOU COPPERTRAIL, I GIVE YOU '5' STARS

Poor custmer sevice skills

The only staff I have found to be respectful, considerste and understanding are the maintenance men. The office taff have been extremely rude and have a very large lack of people skills and could not care any less for the tenants. Inexpensive money towards expensive renting apartments. So hearing those sround you eill happen, as do in apartments. Having neighbors who understnad this, not so much. My son and I had to leave one month before iur lrase was up, even though I was doing my best to work with both the ONLY neighbor who complained, about normal noises made during the day and even made false complaints whole we were gone attending my son's father's funeral services, and the apartments who didn't consider any of the letters I wrote or the words I had to say. I was treated very poorly. Eff this place. But the maintenace men, they are awesome! And deserve a pay raise....
