Feedback

Kids are loud indoors and not told to stop screaming (literally), and for the basketball court, where parents don't show up to watch them. The windows and walls are aged, so sound comes through them easily. The buildings have settled, so doorways and floors slant. Old paint, carpet, countertops and extremely inefficient heating and ventilation make the place feel older.

Maintenace does not respond to emergencies, 2 times they waited until 9 am, lots of issues with this, Maintenace makes promises to be fixed and is never done still have 3 + work orders 3o plus days not done Not worth the money rent elsewhere if you can, rent is too high in Olympia period, this is an old, outdated complex with poor craftsman ship work and a paint job is like putting lipstick on a pig, it looks nice but is still a pig.
