I was moving from the EU to Olympia and needed a place quick before my job started. Josiah helped make the process easy and upon arrival everything was exactly as advertised. It's nice being able to walk to both work and downtown without being *in* downtown.

The apartment is nice enough. Not very large. There's a lot of noise in the neighborhood. Someone seems to be always yelling in the parking lot.

Decent complex, not particularly "Luxury Living". The parking is a complete joke for the amount you pay a month, I won't be continuing to pay for it, and it's a very loud part of town, along with a very shady apartment building within spitting distance that constantly has loud parties and police presence. The staff, in my short talks with them, are very nice people, and very helpful, so that's definitely a plus. Apartment building is a key entry and all units have A/C and W/D, awesome for an apartment. Very close to downtown, super walkable. I haven't needed any maintenance yet, so I can't comment on that. Seems expensive for what you get, but it is definitely one of the nicer buildings in the area. Keep your car locked.
