Do job

Management doesn’t take care of property. Garbage isn’t always full recycling always full. Resident have trash on patios. Management won’t do there job. Takes weeks to get repairs done. Leasing office don’t do anything.

Unbothered people are unbothered

If you're a person about their business and sticking to your own area, this is a great place to be. Although my stay at this location wasn't PERFECT, it was nothing that was the management's fault. The management is always very nice and have always been available when needed. I have had several maintenence emergencies (unfortunately) and they were all addressed accordingly. I just wish they didn't happen in the first place. The biggest downfall is that the quality of the apartments themselves. The door for my laundry fell off the first time I used it and it was fixed twice before it broke off the track the third and final time and I gave up on calling maintenence for it. I was not using it any other way than as a door. So there is no reason it should have fell off so many times other than it just not being installed correctly in the first place. Same with the outside screen door. It fell off right away on first use and we were never able to get it back on. I called maintenence for this too and they came and fixed it but it fell off right away. Again, the management is doing what they can, but please consider the quality of what people are paying for. This location is a bit pricey but it's close to EVERYTHING and has great ammenities.
