It's alright

It's decent. I used to live in a 16 square foot apartment for $1k a month, bare min stuff. Renting value went through the roof, my rent doubled within a year so I moved here so that it'd be more affordable. Here I have 800 square feet at $1475 plus water/sewage. I thought the amenities would justify the price but everything went under construction so I was unable to utilize them for a long while. There's always a place to park it's like 50/50 if it's next to your unit or a bit of a walk away. Maientice is very quick and efficient, I appreciate that. Maientice/construction can be loud at times. And just about every other day I can hear my crazy neighbors screaming at each other.

Quiet place

Nice and quiet. But the cabana has no amenities for 3 years. Due to the fire. But it has taken way to long to rebuild. We are being charged for amenities that we cant even enjoy.

Nice Place with exception

Pretty nice place to live , nice location in the area, parking situation needs to be fixed asap. It's not fun paying to live here and then have no where to put my car half the time. Overall nice place and people.

Garbage

I enjoy the staff and appreciate their hard work. Unfortunately there is still a lot of garbage. I do believe this has to do with people walking in near the broken fence. They walk in and leave garbage. I am looking forward to the cabana being open.
