The walls are very thin. You can hear the neighbors having conversations through the walls.

Walls are so thin its embarrassing at times. No guest parking within the complex. All utilities is additional to the rent and varies every month which is frustrating for budget planning. Not a good apartment for anyone valuing sleep with the walls and amount of traffic that comes through 24/7

The cost is too high for the region. But the apartments are spacious. The residents are not very considerate and parking i\noise is always a problem
