14th Street Townhomes

Nice apartments, quiet for the most part, but absolutely no parking for guests and we constantly get emails and/or texts telling residents their cars are going to be towed for parking along the fence line or along the rock wall. There is also no parking allowed on the side of the street. For as much as we pay a month, you would think there would be a place for my mom to park for an hour. We also pay extra each month for a parking space in front of the apartment and half the time someone else is parked in our spot. I have requested that the spots be marked as "reserved parking" but got no response. So it's frustrating to pay extra for someone else to park there. There really isn't much in Wenatchee to rent that is safe and decent that isn't outrageously expensive, so these are pretty much standard fare, but at least they are better than Riverside.

Neighborhood is quite, friendly and comfortable. Thiugh parking is severely lacking. Having guests vist is next to impossible, especially if more than one car is involved. Staples in carpets poke through. My 3 year old stepped on one and had to go to the hospital to make sure it wasnt lodged inside. My wife also stepped on one. Floors scratch easy and dings in walls during construction are noticeable as well as lazy trim work and painting. Paint splashes visible in some areas, all over the front step etc. Door handles keep falling off. However, neighbors are quite. Staff is nice. So far we are comfortable and overall enjoying our home.

Parking for guests is out on the road is our only complaint.

Love the garage space it's nice and lots of room.

When you have company over, there’s no work for them in the park unless you have a paid for a spot. Or you have your company parking in your garage which is kind of weird.
