Some doors are not locked and there are no events anymore like Halloween or holiday parties so I'm not really sure what my amenity fee is going to since the only amenity is the pool which is only open for like 3 months anyways

Major upgrade from my last apartment in WLR that I stayed for 5 years, staff is great, area is nice, complex is quiet (I work from home, I’ve had no disruptions), convienent location in close proximity to grocery stores, resturants, gas stations, natural/scenic areas, & etc., the parking is very decent, & the apartments are nice! I couldn’t ask for much more, I see myself staying here for as long as I reside in Arkansas. Highly recommend to anyone looking for peaceful homey area!
