My wife and I have lived here for about 1 month now and we love the location of the apartment. It is located about a 5-minute walk from downtown Tucson and about 10 minutes drive from the University of Arizona. The units are well furnished and well equipped with an electric stove and oven, refrigerator, and in-room washer and dryer, the A/C unit is also brand new. The staff are very polite, professional, and helpful, Ms Judith and Ms Angela are great at what they do to manage the apartment complex. We are very happy and satisfied being part of the community here.

I have lived here for about 5 years. Other than raising the rent yearly, they are quick to respond to maintenance issues and communicate well with ongoing projects.
