Facility has exceeded our expectations.

Our experience has been completely positive during our seven month residency. The Pool area is incomparable and the package handling has been flawless for both of us. Surprisingly quiet with few residents out-and-about during the day. I would (and have) recommend the facity to other renters.

Very Vindictive Staff

While the apartment complex itself is nice and great location. The office staff has a management staff that is less than friendly. There have been several long term residents that have not been allowed to renew their lease. These residents were well known and well liked in the community. Never had issues. Two of them I know where elderly. One complained about a maintenance issue the other a noise issue. Is that any reason to not allow someone to renew their lease ? As they were paying tenants, they should be allowed to have a pleasant living experience. My advise to anyone who is looking for a long term rental, especially elderly, look elsewhere. They are not sympathetic to people who are elderly and also those with disabilities.

One Year Anniversary

We just completed our first year at Finisterra and renewed our lease. We have been completely satisfied with our experience. The staff is always helpful and responsive and the maintenance team is superlative beyond any words, response time to on-line work requests is always less than 3 hours, often less than two. The design of our three bedroom apartment is very thoughtful. My wife has a sewing and craft room with an expansive view out beyond the patio and there is plenty of privacy for guests in our third bedroom and the guest bath toward the back of the layout. The location is within 10 - 15 minutes max of almost any service you can think of and many of our favorite restaurants too.

Safe, clean and Great Service!

We love the community! Elegant, safe, clean and GREAT customer/management service. The environment and area is beautiful and close to main streets and businesses. Circling the drain

We have lived at Finisterra since 2019 and it has gotten steadily worse. Change in maintenance staff resulted in reduced care to the landscape, amenities, and increased wait times for maintenance requests. Many appliances are outdated models so when something minor broke we were told it wouldn't be fixed unless the entire unit malfunctioned. An ever increasing military population has increased the number of shared rentals meaning some apartments now occupy four parking spots. Change in management has only worsened these issues. Where Myshel was warm and friendly Mckinzi is cold and unpleasant. Emails chastising residents have become commonplace with little to nothing done to curb supposed detriment to neighbors. These are supposed to be 'luxury' rentals, but every day the quality and value decline while rent has increased almost 40%.
