people are nice dog friendly dogs should be screened as well as tenants rent changes every year should offer a discount when there are problems like no pool or hot water or raising rates for utilities when door lights and path light are on for 2months straight and we cant turn them off

Thankful I'm here.

Been here for a couple of months now and find the move in quite easy. I like the area allot because of all the restaurants and shopping centers. Residents here are polite and treat you with respect as well as the office staff which always see to getting any problems rectified. So bottom line is so glad I made the move.

Broadway East

We have lived here over 10 years and the staff now are of the best we have known. Any problems we reported are quickly and efficiently handled by the office staff and maintenance staff. The staff are friendly, polite and very personable. The appearance of the buildings, landscaping and community rooms are the best in all of these years residing here. The pool is well maintained. The communications from the office are excellent with regular community updates online and the monthly newsletter is very well put together. Also we receive text messages to remind us of events that are occurring daily such as trivia contests, exercise classes and arts and crafts projects. There are nice community events such as potlucks, bingo and card games and the staff are accommodating to allow closure of the community room to be later when the neighbors gather for games, etc. There are special events every month to celebrate the holidays, including Easter, Christmas, Black History Month, St. Patrick's Day, etc. The staff look out for our safety with regular check of gates and locks and elevators. The complex is very pet friendly with dog treats at the office and bag centers for cleanup around the area. It's apparent that the staff are regularly surveying the complex for cooperation by the residents to follow the rules and be thoughtful of other neighbors. We wish there was year round air conditioning but have known it wasn't since we moved in. One summer when our apartment was too warm the staff put in a portable ac unit in our sliding door until the air was restored. We moved from the suburbs to live here and have always felt safe even though we are in the city. We also moved here to be near our mother who has lived here the longest of any resident and is the oldest resident in the complex. She has been able to stay here so long because the staff have been very thoughtful and responsive to her needs. We are happy to call BE our home. The view from our place is beautiful!

Best staff

I've lived here for about 1 1/2 years. The staff is wonderful. Except for a few minor things, I love my apartment and I'm hoping to stay here for a long time (depending on the rent). Our office manager takes great pains to make sure everyone is happy here.
