Small community, great maintenance
Lived here for several years and highly satisfied! There are lots of perks to living in a small community, the biggest being that maintenance response time is incredible. Never any shortage of covered parking either.

Can't see to wait to raise the rent
Not a bad place to live at all however with the price point they are looking for much better out there with better amenities.

Safe Quiet Apartment Complex
We moved here from out of town and were very happy to have this safe quiet home to start our life in Tucson as a family. Heather, the property manager is always very sweet and helpful. The apartment complex itself has wonderful people who live there, all the neighbors are kind and respectful. Any time there was an issue in with the apartment maintenance was quick to help.
