Highly Unethical

I find this property to be highly unethical. Numerous maintenance issues have been wrong with this apartment since I moved here in March of 2021. The new previous and new owners neglect to fix the flooring and a constant leaking cooler which they claim is outdated and they stated to me that there is nothing they can do about it. The ceiling has damage now because they refuse to fix the leaking coolers in all the units, but my mine in particular now has damage to the ceiling. I tried seeking help from the Pima County and they have neglected to do anything about it. I am moving out of here once my lease is up and I do not recommend that anyone live here under the poor conditions. Management and maintenance are highly rude and don't care about fixing anything to work properly, they are cop outs and they are only interested in making a pay check.

Enclave

When the boiler/cooler switches as ‘winter’ approaches, my second floor studio overheats. It has been difficult to stay below 75 degrees inside, with frequent indoor temperatures exceeding 80c up to 85 when I’m cooking. Even with door open and window open. I haven’t turned the heater on in my apartment and I’ve had my window open 24/7 since early November. I have literally lost sleep. Everything else is fine. There’s no dishwasher and my stove/oven is the smallest I’ve ever seen.
