Feeling Ignored

I love my apartment and the amenities. I hope to renew my lease and perhaps move to a one-bedroom with a better view of the mountains. My apartment is in front of the freeway and, therefore, noisy. My complaint is this: I feel as if management is more involved with Bear Canyon than with those of us here at Avilla. Emails are not being answered and it is hard to reach someone over the phone. I am due a refund for late charges, was told that it would be forthcoming and it is almost the end of the month and have received no reply to my emails. I am elderly and not feeling well at this time. I would appreciate someone reaching out to me to get this resolved. I like the management staff, but would like to be able to speak to them, or at least receive a reply to my messages.

Not as clean

Loved here a longtime. Been a very nice place. Have noticed that landscaping is not what use to be. Trash dumpsters with large mattresses and other items next to it for days on end. Seems to be no one ever here keeping it clean as it always was. Rent is way to high for how it is kept.
