Management never available

Very poor management. No staff ever available, Never in office, Phone calls never returned. Rent gets increased with out notification.

Nice apartments

The maintenance doesnt get stuff fixed in a timely manner. Manager is never in hardly due to illness. Rent is ridiculously high and they justfy raising it over 20% cuz the are “tax based properties” and nkt low income. Pretty shady. But itherwise a good place to live. Neighbors can be nosey but as long as you mind your own business then you are fine!
