Great place to live!

Ive lived here for 2 1/2 years. I love it here. The people, maintenance and staff are very supportive and friendly. I love the grounds. Theyre green and beautiful. The townhouse is a nice suze. Its outdated but i like it. Not as high tech. Its very dog friendly, has nunerous amenities like hot tubs and workout room and dog park and playground. Overall, its a 4.8 for me. The rent is a little high but i wouldnt want to rent anywhere else! The lication is ideal. Close to the mall, autzin stadium and generally 10 minutes away from most anything!

LOVE THIS PLACE!!!

This is my favorite place I have ever lived. For multiple reasons. * Location - amazing. Between the Wilamette River and the Delta Ponds...a dream come true for a dog owner. The apartments are all just a few steps away from the river. * Staff - All of the staff are wonderful. They are helpful, warm and caring. Maintenance is quick and they are all friendly and good at their jobs. * Space - Even though this is not a new complex, the apartments are well maintained, set up beautifully and are very spacious. You can also heat each room individually - so as to not wast electricity in the entire apartment if you are home alone. * Value - I feel like this is a great bang-for-your-buck place. There are less expensive apartments in Eugene, but this complex is just about perfect. Location, staff, fireplace, washer/dryer in the units, etc. * Amenities - car wash station, movie theater, gym, outdoor and indoor jacuzzi with dry sauna (amazing!!), pool. * Pet friendly - Everyone here is so kind to my dog. That includes all the staff and so many neighbors I pass when walking my dog on the river and ponds. * Peaceful - it is very quiet and peaceful here. Quiet enough to hear the geese flying overhead. Lovely. It will be hard to leave here when my life requires that. I am thrilled I made the decision to move here. My dog and I are so, so happy here.

Awesome place to live!

The Boulders is in a perfect location for work or play. The grounds are vast and beautiful. We have direct access to the bike path and the river. Close to the highways but away from the noise. The staff is fantastic! Always so helpful, patient, and kind. The office and cafe is a friendly atmosphere where you can easily drop in for a coffee or chat. The staff is very professional and the service is superb!
