Good experience over all. Parking is hard for a two person house hold but still manageable with a little walking. Dog park is great, highly recommended from my best friend. My wife says the pool is nice, and we've been to the gym once.

Been living here for a few years now. The staff and maintenance are friendly, responsive and helpful. Only complaint about the layout is there is very little pantry space, but the amenities are solid. Overall a good experience for Eugene renting.

Living here has been fine for my partner and I. Parking has never been a problem and the grounds are pretty well maintained. People get crazy with dumping their garbage but the mgmt company does their best to keep the place spruced up. Wish my downstairs neighbors were less caveman like but... The appliances are woefully out of date but functional nonetheless.

Living at the Eugene Ecco Apartments for a year now has been nice. Staff and Maintenance are the sweetest and most understanding people, the only downside is parking, I’m sure everyone could agree on that lol. 8.5/10!
