Hard to get things fixed. Been almost a year and broken dishwasher still not finished. Just set a new one in without anchoring with brackets, no insulation. The whole things comes out when you try to open it Never came back to finish it.

Been living here since March. It would have been nice to select whether I wanted to pay extra for a carport versus just having an assigned space but the parking is already set specifically for the unit. I haven't used the basketball park or pool but they seem nice and well-used. Lots of animal lovers but they respect others by picking up after their dogs and no excessive barking. My main complaint is the post boxes. The door has been broken with a sign saying the parts are ordered for a while. It seems as though only a couple of the larger boxes for packages are not broken. No oversized boxes are available so anything that won't fit in the smaller boxes has to be picked up at the Post Office which is a few miles away and closes at 5, making it challenging sometimes to get there. It would be great if there was an alternative option.

The bathroom is nice and big, in apartment laundry, pool and hot tub are great but sometimes not open or working. Little high on the rent and it increases every year. Staff is great and easy to work with. Quick with maintenance.
