I've lived in Patterson Tower for several years and the residents have always been relatively quiet, especially around night time hours. The amenities are helpful and a bonus! Other residents are usually pretty nice. staff is excellent and maintenance is the best. The worst of it is the traffic and loud sounds outside on the streets as downtown is a busy area but if the windows are shut, the sounds are muffled and easy to ignore. Always enjoyed living here and would recommend.

I recently moved here and our unit is great. The staff is nice and ive had no problems with the neighbors. Only negative is theres practically no parking and to get one of the designated spots you have to join a wait list and wait for someone to move out, but that will practically never happen because most of the residents are old and will never move out.
