Great units. Wonderful location. Since moving into the place in September (2024), we've had three managers. So, management can be inconsistent. Having maintenance fix issues can be an issue. Maintenance members are friendly and polite, but I sense their abilities are limited for them. Despite what I stated above, we really do enjoy living here. We are happy here. The floor plans offered here are functional. The campus is beautiful. The environment is very quiet.

We have lived here 2 years. We feel very safe and comfortable. It has a little bit of charm with the fireplace and tile. However we have had trouble with our fireplace working properly. There are a good amount of windows and two outdoor spaces/patios. A spacious garage is a plus. Rent is expensive for me as a single person and the price hike every year is hard without pay raises to match it and general inflation.

Somerset villas is a great value in beautiful scenery. The maintenance and office staff are incredibly helpful and on top of things. It is a pleasure to live here.
