Completely Safe

Hello! I have lived here since September 2023. This is my first time living in an apartment complex and it's been a great experience. The location is easy to access and it's close to shopping, freeways and restaurants. I recommend the complex to all of the new friends I'm meeting at school and work.

Great new place to live in West Eugene.

This is a great community to live in. The property is well managed and the neighbors are friendly. It is a pet friendly place so lots of dogs are walked but the owners make sure to clean up after them and I don't see any aggressive breeds. You are close to west 11th and the Beltline for major travel and downtown is a 15 minute drive. Enjoying my stay here.

Wonderful

The apartments are very pleasing and a great quiet place. The only downsides are you are on the outskirts of the city so travel is always gonna be a bit of a drive. And the garbage is located at the front of the property so if you live on the back side you have to walk very far away to get to the trash. The parking is very limited for free space but the paid spots are obviously yours. Kinda spendy for the month especially if you have 2 cars. And the overall price is kinda steep unless you are making good money. But that's how it is in the housing market right now. Other than that the place is wonderful and amazing. As long as money isn't a problem.
