The amount we get charged for common spaces electricty use is ridiculous. The amount should be divided by total number of units, not by the number of occupied units. Current tenants should not be penalized because Thrive's computer systems were down and was unable to let residents move sign and move in for most of the fall. We also don't want to have to pay for giant TV screens that for some reason advertising Portal to current residents (why did you think this was a good idea?), lights that are left on 24/7, or speakers that randomly play music really loud. Some of the staff is really great (shout-out Matt!) but a bunch new stuff breaks and no one case fix it (e.g., the locks on the apartment doors still can't be opened through Alta Open app, and the top floor club room heater has been broken for ages).
