Pros: Apartments are clean and well sound insulated from each other. I'm never bothered by resident noise unless it's during the summer and the people across from me are loud with their windows open. I like that it's up above the street with its own outdoor area. I also like that there is a key fob entry only package room so I feel comfortable having packages delivered. Cons: The street noise can be quite loud. Seems like they didn't insulate the exterior walls like the interior ones. They keep changing the way we pay for rent or parking and it gets confusing and I was late on a payment as a result of the confusion. There's no overhang at all over windows and exterior doors on the top level and the rain just hits directly on the windows and doors and looks like it causes some moisture and mold issues in places. It's still the nicest apartment I saw when looking in this part of town, so I like it.
