While it might not be the newest property out there, it definitely serves its purpose by providing a quality home in a friendly community. What I love most about Riverside is the comfort it offers. It’s not the Ritz Carlton, but it feels like a cozy place where my family can really call home. The location is perfect for us, with easy access to local shops and a nice neighborhood vibe. Huge shoutout to Johnny and Imani! They always had a smile on their faces and knew exactly what they were doing. Instead of giving us the runaround, they provided clear answers and made the whole process so much easier.

They answer the phone, respond to emails and answer any questions that I may have. The gargae and building is kept up pretty well. Jorge is well oriented and explained clearly all the amenities and policies of the property. Jorge was very patient, answered all our questions, he was always very polite at all times. Jorge was always smiling. He invited us to take tour and showed us 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom apartment, and the amenities. Myself and my friend will definitely rent the apartment, however for a personal reason will not be able to move to this area. But I will definitely recommend this property and Jorge as the best leasing consulting experience.

I am happy with the choice I made in making Crystal Plaza my home. The ability to get to the metro station underground, The morning coffee, The dog treats for the furry neighbors, laundry facilities, are just a few of my favorite perks so far. I can't wait for the pool to open and for my schedule to free up to allow me to use some of the other spaces. Huge shout out to Sandra for here help with Leasing virtually while I was out of state. She made this process so easy and we are grateful.

Isabella F. on Apr 1, 2021Ive been living in the Buchanan for about 4 years now. When I was first looking for an apartment I knew I needed two things- location & closet space! I work in DC so this location is absolutely perfect, its as close as you can get to DC without it being DC. 10 minutes from Capital Hill and all the fabulous DC restaurants/shopping. Its so easy to grab an uber and go! What separates this place from others is the size of the apartments. At one point me and my husband debated moving just to change things up, but the size of the apartments/what you pay here blow everything else out of the water. Everyone who visits me is amazed at the space that I get, and they are always jealous! I promise you, they have the biggest closets, and as a shoe lover this was very important! Plus since everyone was/is working from home having space to "get away" is essential at this point! Maintanence is also very quick in responding to my work orders, ive never had an issue last longer than a day, nor have I have any major issues. Plus everyone is incredibly friendly! The Buchanan also has the best parking deals which separates this place from others. In addition to the street Parking there is a garage which allows for free parking during the day. Most places charge or only give one guest pass and its such a pain to deal with. Please never change this!! I refuse to visit my friends who's buildings require them to pay no matter what, plus this is why everyone comes here because its so great!!. Overall my husband and I love living here! We have never had an issue with anyone who works here. Everyone who works in the leasing office is fantastic and very personable. We plan on signing our lease again when it ends in 16 months!
