I've lived here for 23 years it was a great place in 2002 . It's been sold 4 times since 2007. The company that owns it now does nothing for the tenants other than raise the rent. I've been in my current unit for 17 years still the same appliances same carpet. The only thing new is my sliding glass door! Office manager almost never here and the receptionist doesn't stick around long all they say is she's working from home.

I lived here for about 3 years now. Pros: The community is small and cozy like I like it. Very peaceful for the most part. The apartment is decent for the floor plan I have which is the gold. The staff is nice and I never had any issue with anyone. Mike and the maintenance team is great. Location is close to everything from food, shopping and the highway. Cons: The rent goes up each year almost an 100 in increase. Not sure if that is market rate right now. There no amenities within the community. There is a school near by and park for kids to play. I wish they had a pool or gym especially for the rent price. They do offer reserve parking which is new for a monthly fee. I think it was not the best idea considering parking is decent here and the reserve location are really not idea for some building. Improvements the community can make is possibly power washing each building monthly or a quarterly basis. You can see the moss and dirt buildup. Also we use to have someone come through the hallways and dust and blow out debris and webs but not no more. The difference is noticeable. I noticed now the bees have created a home on the stairwell. Overall the community is great and seem cheaper far as rent wise from other area. Its a good starter property if new to the area or looking to be close to everything.

This place can do better. The manager does all she can do. I'm ok with that but she needs more assiatance. You need an assistant manager to help her. You need more maintenance help. The guy you have is great but he cannot do it by himself. Period. The garbage pick up can be better. Your dog park needs to activities for dogs. It's just dirt.
