Living at Potomac Vista
Living here is okay. For the price amenities in the apartments should be more. It should be a microwave and better fridges. Noise isn’t too much of a problem but some neighbors dogs can be extremely noisy during work hours.

okay apartment
we have lived her for about 2 years now.when we moved in the carpet wasn't new and the person before us clearly had pets as door frames are all chewed up. we live on the bottom floor can hear everything above us. Windows are terrible we constantly have cold drafts that is why i wrapped all the windows in plastic for winter but leave it up year round because the windows are always covered in critters. have had maintenance to my house twice for water leaks first was the water heater which created a huge puddle but the lady at the office didn't send anyone i had to call again. second was from up stairs ac leaking down the wall. the rental office staff are just OK, most times you cant get them on the phone and they don't care about what you have going on as stated before they don't send people to fix things unless u call multiple times. with this renewal for the rent we were sent an offer for a discount if you sign lease by a certain date then they took it away i had to be rude for them to honor it .. i have made several complaints about crickets and large spiders as well. washer in unit but not big enough to wash comforters in. the kitchen was is in a bit of an awkward spot when moving because furniture doesn't fit well. rent keeps going up but nothing is being updated. for all the money we are paying maybe they should at least update the windows. parking is only good because we have a unit on the lower strip there's no competing building, the upper strip of buildings are back to back and share on set of parking spaces. over all it was good for the price originally but this will be my last year putting up with this place most likely will raise rent again next year and it definitely isn't worth it any more.
