Competitive Pricing & Convenience + Room for Improvement

Overall, Lenox Club is a great place live. The location is perfect (near DCA airport, two metro stations, the VRE, Amazon HQ, Water Park, Pentagon City Mall, etc) and the rent pricing is still quite competitive for the transforming neighborhood (albeit increasing each year). Plus, you cannot beat the parking access ($75/month, covered & secure multi level garage). The common areas are a little outdated but fairly clean, the staff is friendly and usually helpful, and the tenants on my floor are very quiet and respectful. My only major complaint is that the majority of the amenities offered (garage, indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, grills & patio seating, gym, printers, etc) tend to go unmaintained and have been either under construction or out of order since I moved here in 2022. I would really love to see our property management invest in permanent solutions so tenants are able to enjoy the amenities continuously throughout their time at Lenox Club.
