poor maintenance

They have the worst maintenance. The list I turned.in when I moved in for my screened door and the safety bar on the balcony door. There was no electrical outlet in the bathroom, no washer and dryer hookup in the kitchen and no garbage disposal but there is a switch for the disposal. The light switch in the hall in out, when the guy tried to change it , sparks flew, and he said he said he needed a electrician. that has yet to come. On a lighter note the office staff is very nice and respectful
