There is not a better apartment complex that I could think of living in Lynchburg. I worked for a company that cleans apartment carpets and have lived at a few. I have worked with those complexes maintenance teams and managements and they are sorely lacking. This aspect is EVERYTHING. You may have an apartment with elevators, a top-tier gym, and an Olympic sized swimming pool; but if you do not have amazing customer service, those mean nothing! Those other places often have poor management, but the same could not be said of Maple Ridge! :) I tell you this, you will not have a better customer service experience than here. Maintenance is the ABSOLUTE BEST!!! 100 stars to them if I could!! They are on top of every work order the day after we put it in. It blows my mind! Everyone on staff is very friendly and mindful of any concerns you have desiring to solve them as soon as possible. Any complaints or concerns brought forward, they take care of them. That is something you cannot beat. Other places may be extremely fancy, but nowhere is as kind, friendly, and responsive as Maple Ridge Apartments! Thank you management and team for making our experience here so great! Thank you Maintenance team for being the best maintenance team I have seen at any apartment complex!
