Jackie and Zach are always a pleasure to speak with. Even the maintenance staff, like Eddie, is great at what he does. They do not short cut nor lie; they are very attentive and trustworthy. Other leasing offices are sneaky and try to price gouge. Yet, I'm happy to resign another lease, this one being 15 months. Thank you for what you all do!

Ruth C. on Apr 1, 2025I have been living at Lakeaide Village West Kendall since 2016. The maintenance tem ia great. Very reaponsive. The manager is an excellent peraon amd very helpful. The secretary its a very nice amd helpful peraon as well. The amenities are clean and good. Tehy are always working to keep it nice and clean. Neighbors, all in my building are decent and respecful. But you could find anything anywhere.

Parking isn't the best and they do not provide any guest parking options- however this is Miami so take that with a grain of salt. Everything in my unit functions appropriately and is working just great. Amenities are well maintained, no problems there
