We moved into Moda in 2023 months ago, and love it here. The staff is really excellent, great location with amazing views, and nice floorplans. We love the boardwalk and many of the small amenities (hammocks, convenience store, free kayak rentals, nice gym). We've referred 3 friends already, and they also love it. The only downsides are 1) the pools are not heated, and thus, never used except for a few months out of the year and 2) the EV charging stations haven't been properly working for the past few months. I call these downsides out primarily because they were key selling points, and made the $75 monthly 'resort fee' worth it - but I don't feel like I am getting my value on the 'resort style' amenities.

The overall vibe of the city is vibrant and fun, with an abundance of great things for renters to do here in the form of art, culture, entertainment and restaurants. Of course, Miami Beach also sees its fair share of visitors each year. As such, upscale and boutique hotels line the popular Collins Avenue, which is right along the beach of the Atlantic Ocean. For renters, living in Miami Beach is a desirable experience as they can explore everything the city has to offer — including great parks, like Lummus Park; Flamingo Park; and Allison Park, which has views of the shores and unique turtle sculptures. It doesn’t get any cooler than renting a home in Miami Beach, one of the best places in Florida.

    Renting in Miami Beach, FL

Located in Miami-Dade County, there are many rental homes in this part of Florida to choose from. As a densely urban area where three-quarters of the population rents their homes, there are a variety of upscale and luxury options that overlook the beach. Alternatively, there are also more affordable rental apartments that aren’t directly located on the beach in Miami Beach. In particular, many young families enjoy living here because the public school system is highly rated. Some of the amenities that rental apartments offer include pools, jacuzzis, walking paths and dog parks. Most complexes are also pet-friendly, which is a nice perk for renters who own furry friends. The walkability of many neighborhoods in Miami Beach also makes it easy to get to cafes; restaurants; shopping boutiques, like the Lincoln Road Mall; and even some museums, like the Bass and the Wolfsonian Florida International University in the heart of the Art Deco District.

There’s also the Miami Beach Trolley, a free service that runs four different loops, including South Beach, Mid-Beach, Collins Avenue and North Beach.
