The Club at Emerald Waters is an animal-friendly community that proudly offers a dog park for you and your furry companions to enjoy. Residents may have up to two animals per household, with no weight limit. In addition to cats and dogs, typical house pets such as fish and birds are allowed in enclosures, provided they comply with state and county laws. The pet fees are below: One-Time Pet Fee: $500 per pet Pet Rent: $35/mo per pet Aggressive canine breeds are not admitted unless prescribed by a physician as a service or companion animal. The following breeds are considered aggressive based on a CDC report and are restricted: Pit Bull (including American Staffordshire Terrier, American Pit Bull Terrier, and Staffordshire Bull Terrier), Rottweiler, Siberian Husky, Saint Bernard, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Doberman Pinscher, Chow/Chow Chow, Alaskan Malamute, and Akita. Please use this list as a reference when qualifying residents. Note that the first two breeds listed account for 60% of fatal dog attacks. For further details, please contact our leasing office.
