2023 Staff has improved
I been living here for 3 years. 2023 has had the best staff and consistent staff thus far. Amber and Dylan really do the best they can, even though some things are beyond them, they really try to get things done and completed. There has never been a consistent staff here like them. They make a great team! Maintenance around the property has been TOP TIER, since Rodney has been working here. He is only ONE MAN and has done more than a group of 5 men put together. He is consistent and takes his work serious. He deserves a raise. Negative point is the answering of work order. I also know that team has been inconsistent. It has caused us to have to repairs on our own just to keep afloat. No one should be having to do that if they are paying rent that includes that.
