Not quiet what i expected. There are things that arr cheaply done and some items still do not work at my apt complex.

I have been at the Promenade at Reflection Lakes for approx 4yrs. It is a beautiful property that is quiet and peaceful. Very satisfied wuth staff and maintenance.

My experience here in the past 3 years has been excellent

I've lived in Bay Harbor for a year now and this couldn't be more perfect for my lifestyle. I work from home so the quiet and maintenance of the buildings and grounds is exceptional. The pool is always clean and has plenty of sun for tanning. The walk path around the lake is perfect for fresh air and walking the dog. There are tons of easily accessible dog clean up stations which are very convenient. The valet trash is a great feature. The best part is having a staff that always remembers my name, is super friendly and always fast to help with resolving any issues. They're always putting on events and making it a wonderful community.

Just moved in at the end of the year. The process was smooth, the management and leasing staff was stellar, the unit was clean and ready for me when I arrived and the community is beautiful, peaceful and I love the walking path around the lake.

This community is newer and completely up to date! Beautiful apartments with stainless steel appliances and marble countertops. The entire area is clean and quiet, from the parking lot to the halls of the buildings. The location cannot be better! There are coffee and food trucks weekly as well as resident get togethers, making this place more a home than just a place to sleep! Applying and getting into my apartment was a breeze and the wonderful ladies working at Oasis were there for me every step of the way. Special shout out to Valerie in the leasing office, as well as her boss, who helped me the morning of my move when I was stressed beyond belief. They went above and beyond for me when they didn’t need to and it means the world. I’ll tell everyone I know about this beautiful community and the wonderful people who work here.
