Very convenient

I've been here a little over 3 years and I enjoy living here. The only real problem I have is how much my rent has gone up since I moved in.

Practical location

Cute apartment complex, great location for in and out of RSW airport, quick access to I75, with muliple shopping stores and restaurants for every day needs. Kitchen and appliances could use a good dose of TLC or even be updated. Maintenance may need a little help on how to do a clean job, yet are friendly and polite, and they do their best!!! Can’t have it all! The staff is excellent especially Ciara and Jonathan with whom I’m primarily in contact with. They truly make a difference and because of them, I’d definitely recommend Colonial Commons.
