I personally thank Avert for all his assistance in helping me get an apartment. He was very polite, professional, quick to guide me during the process with explaining each step. I met with him on 11/24/24 as I walked in the office that day and he showed the model apartments, then the apartment I currently live in. I able to move in 11/29/24, just five days after my viewing and meeting the criteria for it to happen. A big shout out to Avert and Ciara for all the role they played in making this happen within just five days.

Cute apartment complex, great location for in and out of RSW airport, quick access to I75, with muliple shopping stores and restaurants for every day needs. Kitchen and appliances could use a good dose of TLC or even be updated. Maintenance may need a little help on how to do a clean job, yet are friendly and polite, and they do their best!!! Can’t have it all! The staff is excellent especially Ciara and Jonathan with whom I’m primarily in contact with. They truly make a difference and because of them, I’d definitely recommend Colonial Commons.
