This place is convenient. The staff is friendly. It would be better if the porches were screened in. If your credit is not approved you have to go thru The Grantor. The fee is over two thousand dollars just to get approved. Be ready to pay pro rated rent although there’s six weeks free included. Carlos has been great to work with. Looking forward to this new chapter. I’m excited The Crunch gym is across the street.
