It was between a few properties that we were looking at, but we were so glad we went with Alaqua (Fort Family). NEVER had an issue with parking and any maintenance inquiries ALWAYS got resolved the next day. The pool here is amazing and everywhere is well maintained. Honestly and truthfully glad we went here instead of other nearby properties.

A day after moving in, the upstairs apartment had a flood which started flooding our apartment. I used 4 beach towels to soak up the water and contacted maintenance. He was here within 30 minutes and set up the dehumidifier and blower. Maintenance was quick to respond and since the residents were not home, he had to access their apartment and clean up water and set up equipment there. Tyler was very fast and efficient. I reported the incident to Caiti, at the office the next day. She notified Camy Bermudez, The Community Manager, who contacted us the same day. She was very apologetic that we experienced this unfortunate situation and compensated us which was truly appreciated! We feel we picked the perfect location for our short term stay!

The apartment itself is beautiful. Upscale feel and large rooms. The building is welcoming and in a convenient location. Everything you need is close by. Maintenance is quick to address concerns and make repairs even if what they’re repairing is broke again the next day. The office staff for the most part is awesome Samantha is the best. The property manager Martin on the other hand could use some lessons on how to deal with customers he’s not friendly he’s kind of sitting and just a real jerk. The club across the street brings in all types of crowds and open till two and 3 o’clock in the morning it can get very noisy. The neighbors are friendly but I can’t really say anything bad about the place it’s pretty awesome.
