I’ve lived here for years and have really enjoyed it. Staff is very friendly and The maintenance team responds very quickly :) Terraces at the Towncenter has great amenities as well. Very nice pool!

MY LOVELY RESIDENCE

Overall it's very lovely where I live. Aside from the noises above me that is constant there really aren't any complaints. I have been wanting to go to the office and see if they wanted to hire someone that would keep the banisters clean and be able to pressure wash the walkways and scrub them from stuff that has fallen or from leakage from the trash that has left stains. Great location. Just wish the trash really ran on Friday's but this is a great place to live. OVERALL, It's close to a lot of stores and by the great St' Johns Town Center and I can definitely say that all the staff that I have met so far are great.

Overall not worth

Staff is not knowledgeable about issues with property, right next to very noisy road, maintenance team is outstanding, overall would not live here again. For the price the cons definitely outweigh the pros. There are better apartments at the same price or less that offer more in terms of ameneties. Also there is no security on or around the property whatsoever.

2023 Silver Medalist Apartment Complex

I have been here for just about a year and I will start in this order, the ugly, the bad and the good. The ugly is not the fault of the complex but some of the residents because if you live in a 1st floor apartment people above you have no respect or either these floors and ceilings are made of aluminum foil because when people are walking around upstairs it sounds like they have a pet sasquatch, in my opinion if you receive 2 noise complaints your lease should not be renewed. The bad is not that bad but it could be better, allow weekend access to the computer workstations and printer (with cameras of course), we need some updated gym equipment and there should be a digital market place for residents who are selling unused/unwanted items. Now to the good, so as far as location it almost couldn't be better with it being so close to shopping, restaurants and all your regular necessary business like dentists, cleaners, YMCA, walking paths, etc. The staff is friendly and seems to care about the residents here, and units have updated floor plans and appliances, not to mention so of them have pet yards (BIG DRAW).
