Our windows are facing the courtyard and there is never sun in the apartment. It is always loud and the pool is not heated.

So far the leasing staff has been incredibly good. It's very noisy. Well kept apartments but the common areas are a little rough.

Lots of problems with the parking garage security arm when entering or exiting not opening until you get real close to it or the arm getting stuck in an open position and letting anyone in the parking garage….Just today the arm wasn’t opening up and it got caught on the bumper of my car and ripped it causing damage to it. This system really needs to be looked at.
